\n4. The holder of the cemetery plot usage right has not attended Church services or maintained contact for a prolonged period (over 5 years).
\n5. Regardless of past allocation or payment completion, the right of use has automatically terminated in accordance with Articles 6 and 10 of the Regulations.
\n6. This notice, posted on the Church\u2019s online bulletin, constitutes official notification and may serve as legal evidence in any future claim or dispute.
