3. 대상 및 경과 / Subject and Background
1. 해당 묘지 사용권자는 장기간(5년 이상) 교회 출석이 없고 연락이 두절된 상태입니다.
2. 과거 분양 및 완납 여부와 관계없이, 규정 제6조 및 제10조에 따라 사용권은 자동 소멸됩니다.
3. 본 공고는 온라인 게시판을 통한 공식 통지로서, 향후 권리 주장 및 분쟁 시 법적 근거로 활용될 수 있습니다.
4. The holder of the cemetery plot usage right has not attended Church services or maintained contact for a prolonged period (over 5 years).
5. Regardless of past allocation or payment completion, the right of use has automatically terminated in accordance with Articles 6 and 10 of the Regulations.
6. This notice, posted on the Church’s online bulletin, constitutes official notification and may serve as legal evidence in any future claim or dispute.

4. 권리 소멸 및 향후 제한 / Termination of Rights and Future Restrictions
1. 해당 사용권은 현 규정에 따라 자동 소멸되었음을 확인합니다.
2. 소멸된 사용권에 대해서는 어떠한 환불, 보상, 향후 권리 주장도 인정되지 않습니다.
3. 향후 재분양 및 권리 행사 여부는 평강교회 당회의 판단과 규정에 따릅니다.
4. The right of use has automatically terminated under the current Regulations.
5. No refund, compensation, or future claim regarding the terminated right shall be recognized.
6. Any future allocation or exercise of rights shall be subject to the discretion of the Session of PyongKang Church and the applicable Regulations.
